Layaway Terms

❀ Layaway is available for individual items over $300 before shipping.

❀ The deposit and minimum monthly payment are $150. Example: for a $600 doll, the deposit is $150, leaving $450 to be paid over the next three months.

❀ The down-payment/deposit is not refundable unless I am not able to follow through with the sale (i.e the doll is damaged while in my care, lost, stolen etc.) in which case your deposit will be returned to you.

❀ If you change your mind about the item, all other payments outside the deposit made until that point will be refunded to you but only after I am able to sell the item to someone else.

❀ The doll will be placed back in-stock on my website as well as other platforms including but not limited to: eBay and Den of Angels. Every effort will be made to get the doll sold, if I need to lower the price in order to secure a sale, the difference will be deducted from your outstanding balance (outside your deposit) and then the rest will be refunded to you. For every 30 days the doll remains unsold, the price will be reduced by 15%.

❀ You are free to pay extra at any time in order to reduce the amounts of future payments, but you may not pay less one month in the hopes of offsetting it in the future.

❀ The layaway will be considered abandoned two weeks after a missed payment or incomplete payment without communication.

❀ If you anticipate being late on a payment or if there is an emergency and you cannot make a full payment, PLEASE contact me as soon as possible, not after it’s already due.

❀ I am not responsible for any yellowing while the item is on layaway.

❀ Layaway payments CANNOT be transferred to other items.

❀ To begin a layaway please send in an inquiry directly as you’ll be unable to check out.

❀ By agreeing to a layaway you agree to all of these terms.
