❀ Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.
❀ Partial refunds are not eligible.
❀ Replacements are not available.
❀ All items are sold “as is”.
❀ All items are second-hand with imperfections, nothing is new or in perfect condition.
❀ Face-ups may have imperfections in either paint or lashes or lack thereof, wigs may have stray hairs, outfits may have loose threads, areas of thread pilling, or may be wrinkled.
❀ Seam lines may be visible. Transparent resin may have air bubbles, darker coloured resin may show sanding marks, marbling, or have cloudy areas. None of these are considered to be imperfections or defects. They are part of the casting process.
❀ Yellowing is not considered to be an imperfection or a defect, it happens naturally as resin ages. It is up to the buyer to review the images provided in each product description before making a purchase.
❀ Do not make any assumptions, if you have any questions please ask before purchasing.
❀ BeeJayDees does not guarantee colour-matching or hybrid compatibility.
❀ In the unfortunate event that the package is lost or damaged, an insurance claim will be filed.
❀ You agree to save all packaging and preserve the item as-is if there is any damage or shortage.
❀ Any attempt by you or your agent(s) to repair, alter or modify the item in any way will void your eligibility for reimbursement.
❀ You understand that the insurance company may require you to bring the item and packaging in for inspection at your own cost and expense.
❀ If agreeing to accept an insurance payout you agree to surrender the item and will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label for the entire item to be returned.
❀ At which point the item will become the property of the insurer who, in their sole discretion, will decide whether to repair, dispose of or liquidate the item.
❀ The item must be returned using the pre-paid shipping label in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
❀ Compliance with ALL policies is mandatory in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
❀ Insurance coverage stops at the time of delivery.
❀ Any loss, damage or theft occurring after the carrier records the item as delivered are not eligible for insurance coverage or protection and therefore not eligible for reimbursement.
❀ Any orders made on behalf of another party, including but not limited to: freight forwarders, understand that insurance does not extend to items shipped to another address after original delivery.
❀ By creating an account or “checking out”, you agree to all of these terms.
